1. No Personal Data Collection

INKA is designed to function without collecting personal data. We do not collect, store, process, or sell personal information such as name, email address, advertising identifiers, location data, contacts, or device identifiers.

2. Advertising

INKA displays ads via Google AdMob (a service by Google LLC). AdMob may collect certain device-related data (advertising identifier, IP address, usage data) to serve personalized or non-personalized ads. RUHRMANN & CIE does not receive or store personal data through AdMob.

3. In-App Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment information.

The App may store gameplay information locally on your device (such as game progress and settings). This data remains on your device unless you use your device’s backup services, which are under your control.
