This Privacy Policy explains how RUHRMANN & CIE (Ruhrmann édition) handles information in relation to the mobile game BOOX.

1. No Personal Data Collection

BOOX is designed to function without collecting personal data. We do not collect, store, process, or sell personal information such as name, email address, advertising identifiers, location data, contacts, or device identifiers.

2. Advertising

BOOX displays ads via Google AdMob (a service by Google LLC). AdMob may collect certain device-related data (advertising identifier, IP address, usage data) to serve personalized or non-personalized ads.

You can opt out of personalized advertising in your device settings (Settings > Google > Ads). RUHRMANN & CIE does not receive or store personal data through AdMob.

3. In-App Purchases

In-app purchases are processed by Google Play. We do not receive or store your payment information.

4. Local Data Storage

The App may store gameplay information locally on your device (such as game progress and settings). This data remains on your device unless you use your device’s backup services, which are under your control.

5. Data Sharing

Because we do not collect personal data, we do not share personal data. However, Google Play and the Android operating system may process certain data under their own terms.

6. Security

We take reasonable technical measures to ensure the integrity and security of the App. However, no system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. Children’s Privacy

BOOX does not collect personal data from anyone, including children. If you contact us by email, we will use it only to respond to your inquiry.
